Appraisal report

Upon completion of each official appraisal service ordered by the client, Florida Antiques Appraisers will prepare an appraisal report. Delivery of the report will be one (1) digital PDF document via email, and three (3) hard copies via postal mail. Besides proving irrefutable possession and condition corroboration at the date of appraisal, your appraisal report will also:

• Protect the value of your item in the event of a loss.
• Document your item in the event of a loss.
• Clarify questions of property value, which in turn will make tax preparation easier
